Terms of service

By sending a payment you have agreed to these terms and conditions of my service.

Rules and restrictions:
-I'm flexible with what I can draw, I will let you know If I'm uncomfortable with your commission request.THINGS THAT ARE OK: Ocs, fanart, portraits, profile pictures, light NSFW, light and heavy BDSM, art ideas in general(Example: a skeleton on fire or something)
THINGS I CANNOT OR WILL NOT DRAW: Other art styles, extreme fetishes, furries, real people NSFW, mecha, intense gore, Loli, incest, beastiality, hateful/offensive material.-Art may take 1-4 weeks to finish (This is a safety net, the commission will probably be done quicker)
Terms:
-I will not be doing artwork for commercial or profitable use.
Do not re-sell my art.
-Do not make NFTs of my work.
-I retain all rights to my artwork.
-Prices are not negotiable.-I reserve the right to deny a commission for whatever reason may it be.
-Once I approve your commission, I will send you a Paypal Invoice.
-I accept full payment up front in USD only via Paypal. I will not start on the commission until payment is received! Once payment is confirmed I will begin your commission.
-Once I start on a commission there will not be any refunds. If I haven't started on it and you want a refund, you will get a refund.--A preliminary sketch along with color scheme will be created by me, to be approved by you, at this stage you can request modifications. After the second sketch has been approved I will finalize the artwork and will not modify it further.

-I will give you a PNG of the artwork.
You may post the artwork if you like, please give me credit though.

-When you order an NSFW commission from Sleepy Dean, you are guaranteeing that you are 18+
